Inspired by the healing ministry of jesus christ, presence legacy association provided administrative management and other support to resurrection university, in furtherance of the provision of compassionate, holistic care with spirit of healing and hope in the community it serves through 8/20/2020. as of that date, pla's bylaws were amended to indicate that pla's purpose is to operate exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes. pla and presence care transformation corporation (pctc) were merged with and into a single corporation on 12/31/2020. pctc is the surviving entity.
