Icra's purpose is to position west michigan as a global leader in the integration of genetic and biomarker testing, clinical trials, and information technology for the benefit of clinical trialopportunities for patients. It acts as a promotional and coordination entity to attract early phase biomarker and molecular driven clinical trials to the area by showcasing the extensive clinical health care expertise and patient population available in west michigan. Establishment of this marketing and promotional organization will help further stimulate the bioindustrial expertise in west michigan.
