The central indiana corporate partnership (cicp) is transforming our regional economy, bringing together the ceos of central indiana's largest and most civically engaged employers and university presidents to advance "big picture" priorities like encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship, building a world-class workforce and creating a pro-growth economy. cicp's mission is to transform the economy of indiana in order to create a sustainable prosperity and quality of life for our citizens and future generations. to advance this mission, cicp has five key talent and industry sector initiatives - agrinovus indiana, ascend indiana, biocrossroads, conexus indiana and techpoint - all addressing challenges and opportunities unique to their respective areas: agbiosciences, talent and workforce development, life sciences, advanced manufacturing and logistics and technology.
