Marwood corporation is a nonprofit organization with the primary objective of providing housing for undergraduate students studying at purdue university located in west lafayette, indiana. no one in the corporation including students and members of the corporation board receive pay for their services. however, bills are collected from students currently living in the house for the entirety of the semester or semesters that he lives in the house. bills charged to the members of the house are comprised of a monthly house bill as well as a bi-monthly bill to the corporation. all memeber bills collected by the house treasurer are used for the upkeep of the house including but not limited to utilities and food. all member bills collected by the coporation treasurer are used to pay for major expenses including but not limited to insurance, capital projects and repairs. student house members are in charge of keeping the house operating through various house positions including president, inte
