The purpose of the colusa indian community health foundation (the foundation) is 1) to promote the social welfare of the members of the cachil dehe band of wintun indians of the colusa indian community of the colusa rancheria, california, a federally recognized indian tribe (the tribe), 2) to provide resources, support and funding for facilities which will provide welfare services, etc. on the lands of the tribe, 3) to own interests in limited liability companies formed under the laws of the tribe for the purposes of constructing childcare facilities on property leased from the tribe, and 4) to raise and distribute funds in furtherance of these and other lawful activities.
