To establish a youth center of learning which places emphasis upon moral principles. to provide a safe environment for all youth to enjoy. to supplement, and if necessary, to teach academic courses required for students to graduate from their respective schools. to foster a moral/ethical climate which is free from alcohol, drugs or violence of any kind. to encourage young men and women to become productive members of our society. to build a strong, positive program to keep our youth safe and healthy. training the mind, body and soul of our youth today by promoting positive growth and development among youth in the areas of academies, fitness, nutrition and leadership.
