The general purposes of the corporation are stated in its by laws in article iv. section 1 includes the following text stating these purposes: "(a) to create a website, have published in cloth and paper printed book form, compact disc, dvd, e-book, digital reproduction, or other audio- visual or electronic media that will give answers, direction, and inspiration to non-believers and borderline believers about the christian faith. (b) to encourage non-believers and borderline believers to start to pray, start to read the bible, and join a church. (c ) to refer those who request guidance to a church, organization, or clergy in their geographic area. (d) to receive by gift, legacy, or otherwise monetary donations to be distributed to organization including religious organizations, that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c )(3) of the internal revenue code, in a manner consistent with these by-laws and the policies adopted by the board of directors."
