Rocc INC
It is the mission of the rocc to serve our communities through outreach services and quality programs to meet the needs of all people, helping each individual to raise their own living standards for themselves, their community and the surrounding areas. The ministry of the rocc is very much in demand through our neighborhoods, as we see through demographics we have 29.7% of the population in our area below the poverty line. The seymour area, out of 10 different zip codes in the local area, shows the highest poverty level and it is the third highest in population. We also see unemployment levels continue to rise between 2.8% - 3.3% within a 3-county spread. Our goals through the rocc are to determine a need through applied research, provide assistance, training and education and to change circumstances and lives.
