Multiple sclerosis (ms) and parkinson's disease (pd) are neurological disorders that result in moderate to severe physical and/or mental disabilities. the purpose of central coast quality of life programs (ccqlp) is to promote and support the social welfare of individuals and families impacted by these disorders and improving their quality of life. through medical and social service training, education, and the provision of services, ccqlp provides clients with the opportunity to achieve the maximum level of independence and autonomy and be treated with respect and dignity.
