Japanese Language Scholarship Foundation

To establish a scholarship fund for non-native japanese language speakers who are either in-service japanese language teachers or graduate students studying the japanese language. The scholarship is to finance travel to and stay in japan, to participate in teacher training programs, for independent study, to experience the japanese culture, and to generate good will for USA/japan relations and cultural exchanges in the future. To deepen in local communitites USA/japan cultural relations and their uderstandings.
