The mission of big brothers big sisters of cass county, inc. is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. these matches are between mature and responsible men exclusively to boys, and mature and responsible women to girls and, in some circumstances, to boys who participate in the program. the matches are provided to youth who could benefit from a wholesome adult relationship that is supplemental to that which is usually provided by parents. relationships are intended to provide companionship and guidance to help assure the proper moral, psychological, intellectual, vocational, and physical development of the participating boys and girls.
