Developmental services nkhs's division of developmental services assists individuals with disabilities to lead normal and complete lives, and to be accepted, valued, and contributing members of their families and communities. Nkhs does so by providing a comprehensive range of services, including, but not limited to, clinical assessment and intervention, case management, personal transportation, respite, crisis management, and fully-staffed residential facilities.
