This organizaton's priority mission is providing the federal community emergency response team (cert) program of basic disaster-preparation, education, and post-disaster-care for our residents, most of whom are senior citizens while awaiting apprival of 911 personnel which will be delayed due to our rural location. the medical response team presently operates within the guidelines of the cert first-aid program.
