The purpose of the nmfabc is to promote the sport of competitive gymnastics as well as tumbling and recreational gymnastics; to provide an opportunity to fundraise and to provide assistance to gymnasts to allow participation in and enjoyment of all activities related to competitive gymnastics as well as tumbling and recreational gymnastics. additionally, the nmfabc will further promote the sport of gymnastcs by annually spoinsoring at least one gymnast at a recreational gymnastics level who may not otherwise by able to financially afford development of her skills. other opportunities to financially support charitable missions of like mind in the local community will also be considered.
