Mississippi State Kappa Sigma Alumni

SECTION 2. Purposes: The purposes of the Alumni Chapter are to pursue pleasure, recreation, and other similar purposes amongst both Undergraduate and Alumni Brothers of the Delta-Chi Chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity (the "Delta-Chi Chapter"). In so doing, the Alumni Chapter will specifically work to support and encourage the Delta-Chi Chapter and to advance the general welfare of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. The Alumni Chapter will hold annual meetings, special meetings and special events to promote personal contact, commingling and face-to-face fellowship amongst the Membership. The Alumni Chapter will embrace opportunities to be of service to those in need of charitable support.SECTION 3. Limitations: The Alumni Chapter will be supported by membership dues, fees, and assessments. No part of the Alumni Chapter's net earnings will inure to the benefit of any person having a personal and private interest in the organization's activities; instead, the Alumni Chapter will expend all o
