The Alliance is created to solve the problem of animal homelessness in the Greater Los Angeles Region by: -flushing Los Angeles area shelters and rescuers with more human, community and financial resources -enabling the pooling and proliferation of resources -overcoming differences in priorities and working conditions -facilitating the cohesive collaboration of: All shelters and agencies, rescuers, the Los Angeles and Southern California educational systems, community groups and organizations, the animal loving and sympathetic public, significant fundraising bodies and programs.
