Form 990-EZ, Part III, Primary Exempt Purpose - The purpose or purposes for which this corporation, an organization which is organized exclusively for outdoor education/therapy, and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), are: 3.1 Working with disabled children to enrich and enhance the quality of their life in an outdoor setting, or environment. 3.2 To engage in any other lawful business activity whatsoever which may hereafter from time to time be authorized by the Board of Directors; provided, however, the purposes for which the corporation is formed shall at all times comply with Section 501(c)(3) of the Code and, with respect to corporate contributions which are deductible, with Section 170 of the Code.
