Guardians Of Agricultural Land INC

Guardians of agricultural lands, inc was formed to fund activities to preserve the agricultural way of life in southeastern idaho, and protect farm lands from intrusive non-agricultureal development. The shareholders are deeply involved in agriculture and are concerned that non-agriculture type of activities threaten the agriculture heritage of the area. The officers and shareholders meet and review developments such as threats from eminent domain activity which may take or subvert farm land for non-agricultural purposes and ruin the farmability of remaining lands adjacent to the lands removed from agricultural uses. The organization will also need to form coalitions with local goverments and other similar groups to preserve the rural agricutural way of life.
