Seattle Children's Hospital (dba Butterfly Guild)
The butterfly guild was founded in 2010 to support seattle children's hospital (a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt hospital) by raising awareness and funds for shwachman diamond syndrome research. it is the guild's hope that exploratory, developmental, and novel research will ultimately lead to healthier, happier, and longer lives for children diagnosed with the syndrome. shwachman diamond syndrome is a bone marrow failure disease that causes multiple medical complications and often shortened life spans. research projects supported by the butterfly guild help to lead the way in finding a cure for this devastating disease in order to save children's lives.
