IRS 990 Nonprofit Profile
Citizens for a Better Providence
Informing the public about public policy and how municipal government works, and increasing civic engagement in public policy-making. In 2010 we were primarily focused with establishing our organization: we filed and received our 501c3 nonprofit organization status, and conducted a job search for our first staff position. We convened several meetings and facilitated a community forum for the Providence School Board.
