To enrich and empower the lives of teachers and students through writing. Although the project does not subscribe to one "one right method" of teaching writing, it promotes respect for writing as a process which demands ample time, to draft, dialogue and reflect; and respect for the political power of writing that supports and encourages an anti-racist, pre-humanist perspective.
