("organization") was formed as a nonprofit,charitable organization organized and operated for the purpose of supporting and/or benefiting agriculture future of america, inc., an organziation recognized as exempt from federal income taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revnue code. The organization was formed and operated to carry out the purposes of agriculute future of america in its efforts to locaate and develop the best and brightest leaders fo the future of agriculture. The organization is not empowered to support or benefit any organization other than agriculture future of america. The organization will generate public and private support to fund the identification of accomplished student leaders and assist in the development, training and education of these leaders in the field of agriculture and agri-business.
