To share the findings of the organization with those who want to become better leaders and managers. To create and disseminate educational training materials to students, educators, managers, business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs and others who want to realize their potential for success. To make these materials accessible and affordable locally, nationally and worldwide through onsite training and through the internet utilizing all available media, including webinars, books, videos and blogs.
