ECHC Foundation

Organization's mission or most significant activities: ECHC Foundation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, education, scientific and religious purposes exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the supported organizations, and of the tax-exempt entities identified as supported organizations in their respective articles of incorporation, all of which are organizations described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Subsequent to the tax year ending June 30, 2011, the ECHC Foundation merged into the Essentia Health Foundation, a related organization. Organization's mission: ECHC Foundation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, education, scientific and religious purposes exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the supported organizations, and of the tax-exempt entities identified as supported organizations in their respective articles of incorporation, all of which are organizations described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
