The purposes for which the corporation has been formed are as follows: (a) to be a resource for artists in all different types of art forms to collaborate and create theatrical productions that will stimulate a better understanding to its audience of the human condition; (b) to be a link with other theatrical groups and provide a network to artists and playwrights who wish to engage in theatrical production but are financially limited in doing so and to further the understanding of using theatre production as a means of education; and (c) to offer students of the theatre arts an opportunity for short term internships and other demonstration programs to become informed on the administrative and day-to-day process of theatrical production and the management and organization of a theatre company.
