Step Forward, Inc is a Christian-based organization devoted to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ through the feeding and nurturing of homeless citizens in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Corporation will organize and implement services and events that provide food directly to homeless citizens on a regular and recurring basis to combat the hunger problem in the community. In addition, the Corporation will provide, from time to time, other basic needs of the homeless in the community, including but not limited to coats, blankets, gloves, socks, etc. The Corporation will also provide materials in various formats to inform, educate, and encourage homeless citizens about leading a Christian life.The general purposes for which the Corporation is organized are exclusively charitable, religious, literary, education or scientific within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or of any superseding federal tax law (the "IRS Code").
