Foundation mission shall be to (1) promote youth baseball and related activities in the district of columbia and middle atlantic states; (2) promote sportsmanship and a sense of fair play amoung our youth; (3) narrow and ultimately bridge and close the racial divide in our youth sports; and (4) recruit, organize, and sponsor competitive youth baseball teams with selection based on talent and merit without race or ethnic preference from the district of columbia, virginia, and maryland.
