The corporation is organized exclusively to administer educational and research programs.Educational purposes of the Foundation shall include: (1) the instruction or training of individuals for the purpose of improving or developing their capabilities, or (2) the instruction or training of the public on subjects useful to individuals and beneficial to the community.Scientific research sponsored by the Foundation will be carried on for the following:(1) Aiding the scientific education of college or university students; (2) Obtaining scientific information that is published in a treatise, thesis, trade publication or in any other form that is available to the interested public;(3) Discovering a cure for a disease;(4) Aiding a community or geographical area by attracting new industry to the community or area or by encouraging the development or retention of an industry in the community area.The Foundation shall otherwise engage in such other related educational and research activities as
