Line 10 (grants paid): $345 in registration refund for officers who elect to have their member registration refunded as compensation for serving on the organizations board. line 16 (other expenses): $3,749 in concession supplies (related to program and merchandise income); $7,856 for new equipment, such as a floor scrubber for the rink and player development equipment; $953 in costs for monthly board meetings and general meetings; $9.959 in player jersey costs; $3,467 in end-of-season materials (celebratory t-shirts and trophies for all players); $1,465 in supplemented costs for our competitive high school and middle school programs; $4,799 in special events programming (end-of-season celebrations, mid-season tournament, fundraiser for ashville hockey league). line 20 (other changes in net assets): purchase of cleaning and maintenance equipment, as well as minor bookkeeping adjustment for outstanding liabilities that were determined to be resolved in prior years. line 24 (other assets): all are related to equipment purchases for cleaning/maintaining the rink and player development (e.G., practice pennies, cones, equipment for drills). line 26 (total liabilities): pending bill payment that was cleared in late july 2025. part iii, organizations primary purpose: community-based roller hockey organization serving families in georgia. educationally-based learning directives for hockey games, workshops, classes, and camps to residents in areas who otherwise would not have the opportunity to play hockey. part iii, line 28 (service accomplishments): facilitation of recreational hockey directives serving families in the state of georgia, including practices, learning events, and games. coaches and officials receive training prior to and during the season as well as proper background checks and secondary/liability insurance. games are supported by officials and scorekeepers, and require equipment to ensure games and practices are conducted properly. the association also pays for use of the citys multi-purpose rink, jerseys, starting equipment for newer players (as needed). during games, the association also maintains a concession stand with paid attendants. off-season activities include learning workshops, advertising, and activities necessary for the registration of players for the upcoming season.
