Scholarship recipients must be college students who are actively pursuing a degree in Earth Science or Natural Resource Management and who is enrolled in at least 12 semester hours found on an approved degree plan at Stephen F. Austin State University, Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University or Louisiana Tech University.
