Emgage Foundation Inc
Overview
Mission
To empower American Muslims to be effective citizens and leaders through civic engagement, advocacy, and community organizing.
What it reported doing in 2024
In 2024, Emgage engaged voters across the country and provided educational and important information regarding how to register to vote, where to vote, and key dates for local, state, and federal elections. Our chapter teams trained young leaders in how to organize communities, engage policymakers, and to become effective public speakers. Emgage convened civic tables to improve information sharing and coordination among civic organizations. Emgage conducted town halls across our chapter states where we listened to our voters regarding their pressing issues, connected them to elected officials and experts, and shared educational information about the importance of civic engagement.

- Revenue model
- Donor-supported. 97% of the money available for current operations came from contributions and gifts.

STRONG - A large share of available resources goes toward mission work and the filed numbers largely add up. Few specific pay-setting methods are documented in the filing; unanswered boxes are not proof of absence and expenses are high relative to revenue.
