We are committed to providing a continuum of care consisting of short term rehabilitation, long term skilled care, memory care, personal care and independent living, all within a home-like setting and with a person-centered care philosophy, serving the presbytery of lake erie (erie, crawford, warren, venango, mckean and forest counties). during the current year, presbyterian homes operated a skilled nursing facility in erie, pa (manchester commons),and also operates a personal care homes at manchester commons. these facilities continued to provide care even after the resident has exhausted their own resources. hospice care is provided through a partnership with local hospice providers so that residents and their families have the full assurance of comprehensive care through end of life. in 2024, presbyterian homes provided $283,000 in benevolent care and $2,300,000 of uncompensated care.
