The mission of the saginaw valley concert association is to bring to mid- michigan both national and international artists at a reasonable cost. the association further resolves to share programs of quality music and other performing arts on a regular basis. everyone may have the opportunity to be exposed to and educated in any of the fine arts that may be available to us. through these concerts our goal is to bring a greater understanding of the joy and excitement of live performance
