Our vision is to ensure that every tri-c student has the resources needed to help them learn, thrive, and succeed, creating a prosperous community for all. philanthropic support fuels our vision for a future where every student, in every program, in every zip code, is empowered to achieve their full potential. serving over 41,000 students a year through high-quality associate degree and workforce programs and the lowest tuition in ohio, tri-c drives the economic prosperity and future of our region. northeast ohio's economy needs this skilled workforce to grow and thrive. local employers need trained, experienced, and diverse professionals for critical jobs that they cannot fill. our graduates are prepared for these high-demand jobs that pay sustaining wages and provide opportunities for life-changing careers. investments in our students' success benefit everyone, as our graduates build careers, support their families, and engage in the community. in fact, ninety percent of tri-c graduates live and work right here in northeast ohio. the charitable contributions to our students' education pay dividends in their future earnings, the community's tax base, and decreased unemployment. the tri-c foundation conducts its activities in partnership with the college's office of resource development. the tri-c foundation and the office of resource development together are responsible for college-wide fundraising and stewardship opportunities to thank our community partners. we work with partners from foundations, organizations, businesses and major corporations, individuals, and government agencies. solicitations are presented on behalf of the college or the foundation as appropriate to the funding source. all fundraising activities conducted by the tri-c foundation are evaluated and determined to benefit the college and its students. donor partnerships enable tri-c to enhance and amplify services and create lasting change for our entire community.
