The purpose of this is to promote personal and efficient cooperation between law enforcement officers generally, and to insure the public better service in consideration of law and law enforcement; to advance social, charitable and educational undertakings among the law enforcement community; to more effectively combat crime by unity and concerted action in all matters pertaining to law enforcement; to promote the advance of crime prevention and detection; and to better conditions of law enforcement officers by solid strength and promotion of their mutual welfare; to acquire real and personal property by purchase, gift, devise or bequest; and to issue bonds or notes and secure the same by mortgage or deed of trust on corporate assets, all of which purposes are to be carried out not for profit, but simply to promote the moral, social and educational welfare of it's members and to do the things that are incident and necessary thereto.
