To provide services and programs for adults that promote socialization, volunteerism, leadership, life-long learning and healthy lifestyles.For nearly 40 years, the upper perkiomen senior center and the open line have provided valued services to the residents of the upper perkiomen valley. on july 1, 2013, the two organizations were officially "linked" together to form the open link. as the open link, we are building on the same high quality services and programs that the residents of the upper perkiomen valley have come to expect at our two locations (452 penn st. in pennsburg and 517 jefferson st. in east greenville).
