Our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body. Freedom Valley YMCA is essentially a membership association of men, women and children of all ages, abilities, incomes, races and religions. It is dedicated to building healthy spirit, mind and body of individuals and families. The purpose of Freedom Valley Young Men's Christian Association is to improve the quality of life in our community by offering programs, services and facilities that promote strong families, good health, fitness, wellness, community services, youth and adult development and equality for all. We encourage sensitivity to the physical, mental and spiritual enhancement of all persons regardless of age, sex, race, religious affiliation or economic status. Freedom Valley YMCA is the 4th largest YMCA in PA and 52nd largest YMCA in the United States.
