The zakee bowser enrichment foundation (zbef) is a faith based organization dedicated to the prevention of juvenile delinquency, drug abuse and violence. Zbef aspires through a variety of programs and activities to promote safety, education and social interaction skills that enable youth to avoid violence, drugs and behavior that might result in police arrests or life threatening situations. Zbef targets youth and their families within monmouth, middlesex and somerset counties in the state of new jersey. Zbef endeavors to provide alternatives for youth through positive social, educational, and recreational activities that teach responsibility and accountability. Zbef collaborates with law enforcement agencies, government entitites, other non-profits and churches to sponsor supervised sporting events, anti- violence summits, counseling and mentoring services and holiday giving events.
