Brother Wolf Animal Rescue Inc
Overview
Mission
Brother Wolf Animal Rescues mission is to better the lives of companion animals and the people who love them.
What it reported doing in 2024
Adoptions Through Brother Wolf Animal Rescues adoption program, animals receive needed medical care and support before being adopted out into loving homes. In 2024, Brother Wolf placed 1,175 animals into adoptive homes. These animals come to Brother Wolf from local families who can no longer care for them and from overcrowded shelters in the Western NC region where animals face euthanasia simply due to space constraints or lack of resources such as veterinary care or foster care. In 2024, Brother Wolf transferred-in 551 animals from overcrowded shelter partners and took in 697 animals from members of our community who were no longer able to keep and/or provide for their animals. Due to Hurricane Helenes devastating impacts, Brother Wolfs adoption program was paused from October 2024 through late December 2024 when it then resumed.
