The westfield business improvement district, inc. has proven to be an effective vehicle in working towards the revitalization of the downtown area. the mission of the wbid is to create a downtown that is a vital part of our westfield community, where people come together to live, work, play and connect. this mission is carried out by focusing our efforts in five program areas: maintenance & beautification, marketing, business development, public infrastructure and public safety. with input from our members, community partners and stakeholders we have set forth a comprehensive plan of action.
