The corporation is organized for the charitable and educational purposes of: (a) providing tuition assistance for college and/or vocational school to groups of students from economically disadvantaged families from public housing developments or who attend elementary schools having high drop-out rates (determined by at least 75% of its student body having free or reduced lunch).
