The vinings community conservation alliance, inc (vcca) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation created to (1) be a part of the design and implementation of a master plan that reflects on the present and proposed community character and lifestyle and (2) reinforce and maintain vinings' identity and trademark.the vcca's mission is to partner with cobb county and the community in the development and implementation of a master plan that concentrates on the uniqueness of vinings while placing a focus on the enhancement of quality of life. It will serve as the fund raising source to create donations from grants, foundations, governments, corporations, and private gifts. Emphasis will be placed, but not limited, to historic preservation, green space, streetscapes, transportation management, aesthetic additions, and other design features as provided in the master plan.
