IRS 990 Nonprofit Profile
Flint Hills Human Rights Project INC
The Flint Hills Human Rights Project is a private, non-profit organization that serves as a resource for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender members of the Manhattan, Kansas and Flint Hills community and for visitors to the area. FHHRP supports the political, social, spiritual, business and educational needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and it's allies. FHHRP seeks to promote a society where people of all classes, races, sexual orientations and gender identities can enjoy complete sexual and reproductive freedom and expression, as part of their full enjoyment of life, without fear of harassment, physical harm, or economic or legal penalty. FHRRP is committed to the principle that access to political, social, cultural, and economic resources is a fundamental right of all, and we work to create sexual, racial, social, cultural and economic equity through grassroots organizing, public education, advocacy, support and research.
