Having accomplished the goal of implementing a self-sustaining small business & development program in kamina, kalemie and bukama drc, we ended our formal relationship as of dec. 26, 2018. we are in the process of notifying the new york state's attorney general office of our intent to dissolve the 501c3 which we had hoped would be completed by the end of 2019. we are still in process.
