The nbrf is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The foundation operates to provide education for the referees on all levels of basketball and other sports. This education will be provided by professional referees. The content will be disseminated through clinics, panel discussions and seminars. Participants will come from around the country and have the opportunity to enhance their training in the skills needed to pursue a career as a professional basketball referee. The foundation also exists to provide scholarships and positive enlightenment to our nations youth.
