Organizations primary exempt purpose: to implement a program that shall assist with the long-term development of character, discipline and good work ethic. players will be instilled with the core values of deducation, persistence and hard work. through this process, players will be given the opportunity to become stronger mentally and physically, allowing each individual to become successful both on and off the field. with self-development being a key variable for success, players shall also be educated with the importance of teamwork. every player shall understand that a team with dedication and a collaborative effort can achieve any common goal. oiler baseball is a brotherhood that goes beyond sports with the motto once an oiler, always an oiler. each player shall have the belief that he shall always have the support and motivation from his team to become successful with any challenge encountered.
