The Julie Zdeblick Foundation INC

To educate the public about the risks of and damage to the adolescent human body caused by substance abuse, including the use and abuse of alcohol and drugs. In addition, the foundation will seek to educate the public about the availability and utility of programs involving parental notification and support, peer to peer intervention and counseling, and short and long-term treatment programs for persons who have health and emotional problems because of abusing alcohol and/or drugs. The foundation will encourage, promote, and if possible, fund medical research and scientific investigation into the physiology of substance abuse and the possibility of prevention and treatment through medicine, and the development and operation of in-patient and out-patient treatment facilities for adolescents and young adults.
