A Reason for Chocolate Inc

1. To engage in the business of marketing chocolate and other products for resale in order to raise funds to benefit Kenosha Day School, Inc. d/b/a Armitage Academy, which is an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Code, and any community programs selected by Armitage Academy;2. To create a learning-based environment for children to develop their artistic ability, creativity and originality by having such children provide artwork, poetry and other creations, which can then be used in the marketing of chocolate and other products for resale;3. To solicit, collect and receive gifts, bequests, devises or grants of real or personal property, to accept the same subject to such restrictions as may be imposed thereon, from individuals, estates, trusts, associations, corporations or other entities, all to or for the benefit of, or to carry out the charitable, educational and scientific purposes of Armitage Academy and any community programs selected by Armitage Academy.
