The PTA is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the charitable scientific literary or educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding Section of any future Federal tax code hereinafter Internal Revenue Code To strengthen and support Brookside Elementary School to promote the welfare and education of children at Brookside Elementary School in the home school and community by fostering parental involvement in the school and conduct any other lawful activity or pursue any other purposes consistent with foregoing
