What it reported doing in 2010

In june of 2008, the new principal of mott hall- where foe had sponsored the successful program for almost 20 years - chose to cease implementation of the model. Therefore, foe undertook the codification of the model, codification of the curricula and a survey of the graduates. The purpose of this work was to test if the model could be replicated in other sites. Three volumes describing the model were published and a school on the west side volunteered to be a test site. Foe worked to familiarize staff with the model and train them to use it. In addition, a plan was developed to reach out nationally to the education media, education policymakers and selected school districts to bring attention to this proven math and science model targeted to inner-city children. That distribution was launched in november of 2010.
